Credit capacity has risen from $400M to $700M
Pinterest entered into a $400 million revolving facility in October 2022. An October 2023 amendment increased commitments to $500 million.
The new 2026 facility raises that figure to $700 million.
- 2022: $400M
- 2023: $500M
- 2026: $700M
That is a 75% increase from the original 2022 facility.

$700M is capacity, not new debt
The facility gives Pinterest access to up to $700 million. It does not mean the company has borrowed the full amount. Pinterest can draw, repay and reborrow funds under the agreement.
The main changes
The new deal does two things:
- increases committed capacity from $500 million to $700 million;
- extends the maturity from 2027 to roughly 2031.
The remaining details to watch are the SOFR spread, commitment fee, covenants and accordion capacity.
